Abstract
Pyrolysis capillary columnn gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has been applied to analysis the pyrolysis products of M. tuberculosis H37Rv(TMC 102). With the chromatogram of total ion current we can observe that alkene is the major pyrolysis product of H37Rv and appears rhythmically from hexane to eicosane as a result of the fragments of fatty acids abundantly existed in this genus. Peak of decene is the highest in the chromatogram. Another compounds are detected such as pyrrole, furanmethanol, indole and guanosine. The paper offers a quality reference to the identification of Mycobacteria.
