Application of LC/MS with ESI/APCI Interface

This paper is an introhuction for the usage of LC/MS with ESI(air pressure ionizition)and APCI (air pressure chemical ionization) as interface. All the material is from our work on LC/MS and doping test during the recent years. As example the work on drug metabolism, conformational change of protein in solution as well as some analysis for labile compounds are presented in the paper and some practical problerns are discussed.
