Quantitative Analysis of N & O within Bright—Region of TC4 Alloy by SIMS

The nitrogen and oxygen within the bright—region of TC4 alloy were quantitatively analyzed by SIMS. The results show that the bright—region is positive segregation region of nitrogen and oxygen elements along rolling direction, and the concentration of elements nitrogen and oxygen within the bright--region is higher than that within matrix 25.5％ and 22.5％, respectively.
