A Data Processing of Biomarkers by GC/MS

In this paper a data processing methoed of the biomarkers by GC/MS was described. By using the election energy bombart it has been found that the different compounds can produce different scrapes. After having been studied the characterisitic scrape ions and molecule ions we can recognize the structures of biomarkers, and achieve the goal for biogeochemistry research.
