Abstract

This paper introduces a new mass spectrometer NG-1000 with twice collector for measuring the isotopic ratios of 3He/4He and Ne in gases of underwater and natural gas.A new ion optics is used for the design and research of this instrument. Its radius Rm=10cm,determination sensitivity for helium is 1. 5 ×10-6 A/Pa,and the resolution is about 770.
