Abstract

This paper describes an improvement on the ZhT-1301 Mass Spectrometer bywhich the static analysis for Ar sample can be realized.The static analysis resultof 10~(-6)c. c. Ar sample is given. It can analyze the sample of the geological agesfor one hundrend thousand years.
