Tandem Mass Spectrometry Analysis of Total Alkaloids from Corydalis hendersonii

  • Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI-MS/MS) was used to analyze the total alkaloids from Corydalis hendersonii. Based on the information of pseudo molecular ions and daughter ions, which were obtained from ESI-MS and tandem mass spectrometry, total of 10 main alkaloids are suggested as stylopine(1), tetrahydrothalifendine(2), tetrahydroberberrubine(3), scoulerine(4), sinactine(5), protopine(6), cryptopine(7), α-allocryptopine(8), 9-methyl-decumbenine C(9), and 6-acetonyl-5,6-dihydrosanguinarine(10), respectively.
