Determination of 5 kinds of Inorganic Elements in Canned Fish by ICP-MS in International Proficiency Test and the Analysis of Result

Totally of 5 elements in canned fish of arsenic, mercury, cadmium, copper and lead were analyzed in FAPAS intermational proficiency test. The method was based on microwave sample digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Standard addition method was applied for calibration. The method is reliable， and the result matches the assigned value well. A comparative study on respects of results, sample preparation, method of determination is given according to FAPAS proficiency test statistic report.
