Determination of Aminoglycosides in Foodstuffs of Animal Origin by UPLC-MS/MS

Spectinomycin, streptomycin, dihydrostreptomycin, amikacin, kanamycin, apramycin, gentamicin and neomycin in foodstuffs of animal origin were detected by UPLC-MS/MS. The calibration curve is good linear between the peak areas and the concentrations of 0.05~2 mg•L^-1，the correlation coefficient R²＞0.998. The limit of detection is 5 μg•kg^-1, and the limit of quantification is 10 μg•kg^-1. The average recoveries from spiked milk at the three concentrations of 100, 200 and 300 μg•kg^-1 range from 83.0%～114.1％, and intra- and inter-batch variation coefficients are 1.1%～11.4％ and 2.1%～8.9％,respectively.
