Determination of Aminoglycosides in Foodstuffs of Animal Origin by UPLC-MS/MS

  • Spectinomycin, streptomycin, dihydrostreptomycin, amikacin, kanamycin, apramycin, gentamicin and neomycin in foodstuffs of animal origin were detected by UPLC-MS/MS. The calibration curve is good linear between the peak areas and the concentrations of 0.05~2 mg•L-1,the correlation coefficient R2>0.998. The limit of detection is 5 μg•kg-1, and the limit of quantification is 10 μg•kg-1. The average recoveries from spiked milk at the three concentrations of 100, 200 and 300 μg•kg-1 range from 83.0%~114.1%, and intra- and inter-batch variation coefficients are 1.1%~11.4% and 2.1%~8.9%,respectively.
