Detection of Vardenafil in Health Products by LC/MS and LC-MS/MS

Vardenafil in health products was detected simultaneously by LC/MS and LC-MS/MS. Ethyl acetate was used as the extraction solution. Mobile phase was included 10 mmol•L^-1 ammonium formate (pH 3.5) and acetonitrile. Agilent Zorbax SB C18（150 mm×2.1 mm×5 μm）and Agilent Zorbax SB C18（100 mm × 2.1 mm×3.5 μm）columns were used to separate the ingredients， and mass data were acquired with the ESI(+) mode. The method is simple，rapid and specific. It is suitable for routine detection of vardenafil in health product.
