Characteristic Fragmentation Behavior of Phenylethanoid Glycosides by ESI-MS/MS in Negative Ion Mode

  • The fragmentation behavior of phenylethanoid glycosides from Fraxinus sieboldiana were investigated systematically by using ESI-MS/MS in negative ion mode. The fragmentation reaction of these compounds is changed according to their different structural type and substitutions. The results of this paper can benefit the rapid determination of phenylethanoid glycosides in crude plant extracts.
