Detection of Four PDE-5 Inhibitors in Nutriment Products by GC/MS

Total of 4 PDE-5 inhibitors (tadalafil, sildenafil, homosildenafil, vardenafil) were simultaneously detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupling with electronic ionization. The sample was extracted with the ethyl acetate and completely separated by HP-1MS column (17m ×0.2 mm×0.11mm) in linear temperature program. The method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is suitable for screening PDE-5 inhibitors in routine analysis for nutriment products.
