Determination of Pesticides in Shallot by Gas Chromatography Ion Trap Mass Spectometry

  • 8 pesticides residues in shallot were determined by GC-MS/MS. Pesticides were extracted with methyl cyanide from samples, and the extracts were cleaned by the Envi-18 column, then analyzed by GC-MS/MS. The linear ranges of 8 pesticides are 0.05—5 mg/kg, average recoveries are greater than 80%, and the relative standard deviations are less than 10%. The method is sensitively simple and exactly. It is suitable for the determination of pesticides.
