Study on Correlation of the Whole Blood Concentrations of Cyclosporine A by LC-MS/MS and TDx

The concentrations of CsA were determined by LC-MS/MS, and which compared with TDx. The correlations of the two method were researched by statisteal analysis. The mean concentration is (99.9±62.7) μg/L by LC-MS/MS, and (199.7±129.1) μg/L by TDx. The correlation of two methods is 0.929, and the two methods have good correlations in statistics. The mean concentration ratio is (51.6±9.3)%. The LC-MS/MS method is a more precise method due to determination the effective concentration of CsA, which is suit for daily TDM.
