Studies on the Field Desorption Mass Spectrometry of Saponins Separated from jilin Ginseng of China

From leaves, roots, flowers of Parax ginseng C. A. Meyer cultivated injilin, China, five ginsenosides--Rb_1, Rb_2, R_c, Rd and 20-gluc-Rf havebeen identified acorrding to the data of field desorption mass spectra andthe cleavage rule we summed. A particular interest is comparision of thefield desorption spectra obtained from two different instruments operated bydifferent research groups in order to give an estimate of interlaboratoryreproducibility in field desorption mass spectrometry.
