Abstract
The off axial angular and kinetic energy distribution of the atoms and ions just at the outlet of the cylindrical tube were evaluated using the Monte Carlo method. Cosine angular distributions and Maxwell speed distributions were assumed as the initial conditions for atoms on the wall of the tube while specular reflection for ions. The surface ionization progress in the tube was sampled in random according to a probability input.
