Recent Progress of Nuclear Technological Application for Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS), Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry(TIMS) and Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(SIMS)

  • Recent progress of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS), thermal ionization mass spectrometry(TIMS) and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) was reviewed,especially in nuclear fuel cycle. And the developing direction of the ICP-MS, TIMS and SIMS was discussed. The main problems with ICP-MS and the solutions available were outlined.
