Analysis of Aromatic Nitro Compounds in Pulluted Underground Water by GC/MS

Sewage containing aromatic nitro compounds pollutes a river, which in turn pollutes underground water at lower reaches. In order to ascertain the variety of nitro compounds, We enriched the pollutants from the sewage and polluted well water through XAD-2 resin, then analysed by using GC/MS. Ten and four kinds of nitro compounds were found respectively from sewage and well water,
