UPLC-MS/MS Isotopic Internal Standard Determination of Parared and SudanⅠ-Ⅳ in Food

  • A sensitive method for determination of Parared and SudanⅠ-Ⅳ in food was proposed by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS with isotopic internal standard of sudanred. The food sample was extracted and purified by liquid phase extraction and solid-phase extraction (Waters OasisMAX), then was determined by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The calibration curves of Parared and SudanⅠ-Ⅳ show good linearity in the range of 0.1-100 μg•L-1 with correlation of more than 0.99. The detection limit of method is less than 1 μg•kg-1(S/N=10). The recoveries in three levels range from 78% to 112.4%.
