Abstract
The volatile compounds from the flower of Paulownia tomentosa were obtained by solid phase micro-extraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry (SPME-GC/MS). The influence on detected data, involved sampling with different fibers and balancing samples in different temperature and time, was also discussed. The results show that the volatile compounds from the flower of Paulownia tomentosa can be effectively extracted by the fiber of PDMS/DVB at 60 ℃ for 35 min. The volatile compounds are some ethers, ketones, esters and some alkenes, mainly including anethole(25.88%), 3-octanone(14.08%), p-methoxy-anisole (12.06%), 3-nonanone (13.59%), 1,4-dimethoxy benzene (11.68%), 4-methoxybenzoic acid methyl ester (8.85%), cedrene (4.50%), ocimene (4.34%), and so on.
