Quantitative Determination or Some Trace Elements in Low Alloy Steel by Ion Micro Probe
With caliblation curve method, the quantitative determination of sometrace elements in low alloy steel has been performed by CAMECA SMI-300ion micro probe. The standard samples used in this paper are NBS 461, 463,466, 468. The average relative standard deviation is 4.24%.
