Applications of LC/MS in Discovery and Characterization of Related Impurities in Drug

Application characteristics and research ideas of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) techniques in discovery and characterization of related impurities of durg were reviewed. The scope of application and strong and weak points of different mass analyzers used in characterization of drug related impurities were compared and discussed. The application samples of analysis in drug related impurities by LC/MS techniques were summarized in recent years.
