Determination of Entrin Plumule by GC/MS

Plumule is the content of uterus after abortion during pregnancy three months.IT was made into dry powder to treat infertility.The dry powder was soaked in KCL solution,extracted with ether and then was acetylated.Finally Estrin in Extraction was determinated by GC/MS.The results show that each gram of dry powder contains estrin 0.594 mg which includs Estrone(E 1),Estradiol(E 2) and Estriol(E 3):27.6,68.1,4.3(%)separately.
