Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Fingerprint Analysis of Essential Oil From Amomum taso-ko Crevost et Lemaire

  • The essential oil from Amomum taso ko Crevost et Lemaire was extracted by supersonic with the mixed solvent(PR). The chemical components were identified and their relative intensity were confirmed by GC/MS. The results show the main components are 1,8 cineole (16.19%), 2 tetradecene 1 ol acetate (14.32%), geranyl acetate (14.52%), 1 pecan 1 ol acetate (7.96%), geraniol (7.12%), etc. These high content compounds are the characteristic components of Amomum taso ko Crevost et Lemaire, which can be recommended as the fingerprint of identification and quality estimation of the medicine.
