Abstract
The fragmentation behavaior of butanedioic acid glucopyranosyloxybenzyl esters were investigated by positive and negative ion electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Furthermore, the structures of 22 constituents in the bioactive crude extract from Gymnadenia conopsea were analyzed by using RRLC-MS/MS in positive and negative ion mode. The results can benefit to identify rapidly analogs in crude plant extracts.
