GC/MS Analysis of the Essential Oil from Pyrethrum tatsienense
An essential oil was extracted from the traditional Tibetan medicine of Pyrethrum tatsienense by steam distillation method. The chemical components of the essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) and 30 compounds were identified, which account for 67.5 % of the total essential oil from the flowers of P. tatsienense.
