Particularity of Chemical Measurement, as well as Traceability
This paper describes the particularity of the chemical measurement, as well as difficulties of chemical measurement. We should establish the definite measurement methods, prepare the primary reference material’s and organize the international comparisons of the definite measurement methods for realizing the traceability of chemical measurement.
