A Method for Determining Fipronil and Its Metabolites in the Fishpond Water with GC/MS
A residual determination method for fipronil and 3 metabolites in the fishpond water were established using GC/MS. The water sample was extracted by dichloromethane and clean-up by SPE, then determined by gas chromatograph mass spectrometry in the negative chemical ionization mode. The recoveries are 85.9%-101.2%, and RSD values are lower than 15%.
