Study of On-line Monitoring of Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Other Toxic Components in Air by Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer

Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, heptane, oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide in air were simultaneously quantative analyzed with a home-made quadrupole mass spectrometer using capillary sample inlet system. The cross interferences of toluene and ethylbenzene was eliminated with calibration factor matrix.
