Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Thin Films for Enrichment of Protein and Direct MALDI-TOF MS Analysis
The lysozyme-imprinted polymer thin films were prepared by mirco-contact printing technique. These thin films showed special binding to lysozyme and were able to be analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS directly. Therefore, this method may open a new avenue for efficient, convenient and fast determination of proteins.
