Studies on Water-Soluble Constituents in Radix Salvia miltiorrhizae by HPLC-ESI-MSn

  • The water-soluble conpstituents in Radix salviamilitiorrhizae were studied by HPLC-MSn. Seven compounds were identified comparing on retention time, m/z and MSn data. They are Salvianolic acid H or Salvianolic acid I, Salvianolic and J, Salvianolic acid E, Salvianolic acid B, Salvianolic acid L, Salvianolic acid A and a–[[(2E)-3-[(2R)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyp-henyl)-2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-4-benzofuranyl]-1-oxo-2-propenyl]oxy]-
    3,4-dihydroxy-benzenepropanoic acid.
