Quantitation of Compound 8601, 8602, 8603 in Plasma by LC-MS/MS

A sensitive liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometric(LC-MS/MS) method for determination of compound 8601, 8602, 8603 in plasma was developed. The plasma compound 8601, 8602, 8603 was extracted using a solid phase extraction(SPE), and the sample extract was injected onto the LC-MS/MS system. The limit of quantitation(LLOQ) for compound 8601, 8602, 8603 is 0.500 μg•L^－1. This method can be applied to the quantitation compound 8601, 8602, 8603 in plasma.
