Study of Ansamitocin Analogs by HPLC-ESI/MS

Three ansamitocin analogs were studied by HPLC-ESI/MS at different ion spray voltage. It found that M＋Na^＋ was dominated when the ion spray voltage was low, fragmentation occur during the process of electrospray, and the fragmentation ion abundance was enhanced with the increasing of the ion spray voltage. A proposed fragmentation scheme was summarized depending on these ions.
