Detection of Euphorbia’s Rhizosphere Soil Solution by Extractive Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry

  • Allelochemicals from Euphorbia rhizosphere soil solution were detected and identified by home-made extraction electrospray ionization source (EESI), combined with multi-stage tandem mass spectrometry. According the MS data and the relevant literature, 11 allelochemicals were determined, such as rhamnetin, quercetin dihydrate, apigenin, fischeriana B, β-sitosterol, nicotinic acid, 3,3’,4’-trimethylellagic acid, tetradecanoic acid, nitroglycerin, linoleic acid and D(+)-sucrose, etc.
