Abstract
A homemade surface desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (DAPCI) source was coupled to an LTQ-MS instrument for direct detection of 24 kinds of carcinogenic aromatic amines in textile. The detection limit of this method is found to be a few 10-11 g•kg-1 for most aromatic amines, providing a better sensitivity than DESI for direct detection of aromatic amines in textile samples.
