Determination of Harmful Elements by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry Dealing with Public Health Emergencies

  • Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was employed to determine harmful elements by using Sc, Ge,I n, Bi as internal standards. The experimental results showed the linear correlation factor for 19 elements are better than 0.999. Recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 80.0%-120.0%, precision was fine, meanwhile RSD is lower than 5.0%. And the results showed close agreements with the reference values in the standard reference materials. The determination was accurate, simple, fast, sensitive and would have wide application prospect in public health emergencies.
