快速高分离液相色谱-串联质谱法检测化妆品中马来酸二乙酯含量

Determination of Diethyl Maleate in Cosmetics by Rapid Resolution Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立了化妆品中马来酸二乙酯的快速高分离液相色谱串联质谱(RRLC-MS/MS)的定性定量检测方法。试样经乙腈60 ℃超声提取,RRLC-MS/MS多反应监测模式(MRM)定性、定量分析。马来酸二乙酯在2.1 min快速出峰,0.06~20.0 mg/L上机溶液浓度范围内呈线性(相关系数R>0.996);方法检出限为0.1 mg/kg,最低定量浓度为0.3 mg/kg;在0.5 mg/kg和5.0 mg/kg添加水平时,加标回收率86.2%~96.4%;日内精密度3.19%~8.18%,日间精密度3.72%~7.64%(n=6)。该方法适用于防晒乳(霜)、香水、指甲油中马来酸二乙酯的标准化检测。

     

    Abstract: A method based on rapid resolution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (RRLC-MS/MS) was developed for qualitative and quantitative detection of diethyl maleate in cosmetics. The sample was ultrasonic extracted in 60 ℃ by acetonitrile, then qualitative and quantitative analyzed by RRLC-MS/MS with MRM model. The retention time of diethyl maleate is 2.1 min. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0.06—20.0 mg/L with R>0.996. The detection limit is 0.1 mg/kg, and the quantitative limit is 0.3 mg/kg. The recoveries of diethyl maleate are in the range of 86.2%—96.4 % with spiked level of 0.5 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg. The inner-day precisions of diethyl maleate are 3.19%—8.18%, and the inner-day precisions are 3.72%—7.64 %(n=6). The method is suitable for the standardized determination of diethyl maleate in sunscreen, nail polish and perfume cosmetics.
