电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定糕点中铝含量的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Aluminum in Pastry by ICP-MS

  • 摘要: 采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定糕点中铝含量,对其测定方法的不确定度进行了评估,分析了不确定度的主要来源,并将各分量进行合成。当铝含量为77.6 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为2.5 mg/kg(k=2)。该方法适用于以线性回归得出检测结果的不确定评定。

     

    Abstract: The sample was digested by microwave and the content of aluminum in pastry was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The uncertainty of determination method was estimated. The uncertainty sources for each of the parameters were analyzed and combined.When the content of aluminum is 77.6 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty is 2.5 mg/kg(k=2).The method is suitable for the evaluation of uncertainty on the results obtained by using the linear regressive standard curve.
