碳同位素检测值准确度与信号强度之间的关系探讨

Discussion on the Relationship Between Carbon Isotope Value Precision and Signal Intensity

  • 摘要: 为了满足油气田科研工作的需要,为勘探开发提供准确的数据,利用GC-C-IRMS技术对鄂尔多斯盆地的天然气样品进行在线碳同位素分析。由于该盆地天然气中甲烷含量很高,乙烷等重烃含量很低,要获得乙烷、丙烷等组分准确的碳同位素值,通常需要通过两次进样完成对一个样品的分析。经过多次反复实验,发现Almp 44 mV信号强度与检测值之间有一定的关系,当Almp 44 mV信号强度小于190 mV时,数据的稳定性变差,接近和超出误差范围的样品数增多;当信号强度大于190 mV时,数据基本趋于稳定。此方法在实际应用时,一般应结合其他地球化学参数使用。掌握此规律后,只要仪器稳定,环境温度恒定,每次检测样品的Almp 44 mV信号强度大于190 mV,就可认为该数据比较可靠。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the research work of oil and gas field and provide precise data for exploration and development, the carbon isotope value of gas samples of Ordos-basin were determined by GC-C-IRMS. The composition of gas in the field showed that the content of methane was high, while that of ethane, propane and heavier hydrocarbons were low. Therefore, the accurate carbon isotope value of ethane and propane was obtained by two injections. Through repeated experiments, it is found that the signal intensity of Almp 44 mV has a correlation with detection value. When the signal intensity of Almp 44 mV is less than 190 mV, the data stability becomes worse, and the number of samples is close to and beyond error range increased, when the signal intensity of Almp 44 mV is higher than 190 mV, the detection value tends to be stable. When in use, the carbon isotope value shall be combined with other geochemical parameter. As long as the instrument is stable, the environment temperature is constant, the data can be considered reliable, when Almp 44 mV signal strength is higher than 190 mV.
