超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定8种蔬菜中114种农药残留

Rapid Detection of 114 Pesticide Residues in Eight Vegetables by UPLC-MS/MS

  • 摘要: 建立了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)快速测定叶菜类(油菜、芹菜)、甘蓝类(甘蓝)、根茎类(茎用莴苣、胡萝卜)、茄果类(辣椒、番茄)、豆类(豇豆)5大类8种蔬菜中114种农药的多残留检测方法。改进了QuEChERS前处理方法,样品用乙腈提取,C18、NH2、GCB混合粉末净化,正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式测定。结果表明:114种农药的检出限均低于8.0 μg/kg,在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2均大于0.99。8种蔬菜的平均回收率在76.5%~96.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在7.1%~11.6%之间。该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏、节省有机溶剂,能够满足农药多残留检测的实际需求。

     

    Abstract: 114 kinds of pesticide residues in five categories of eight vegetables,including leafy vegetables (rape, celery), cabbage vegetables (cabbage), root vegetables (stem lettuce, carrots), solanaceous vegetables (peppers, tomatoes), legumes (cowpeas) were determined using a improved QuEChERS and UPLC-MS/MS. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by C18, NH2, GCB mixed powder, and analyzed by the positive ion multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The results show that the detection limits of 114 kinds pesticides are under 8.0 μg/kg, which have good linearity in their concentrations. The correlation coefficients are greater than 0.99. The average recoveries of eight vegetables are between 76.5% and 96.5%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) are between 7.1% and 11.6%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive, saving organic solvents, which can meet the demands of practical used for multi-residue pesticides.
