香水中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的直接质谱分析研究

The Direct Analysis of Diethyl Phthalate in Perfume by Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立了香水中邻苯二甲酸酯的快速检测方法。采用电喷雾萃取电离技术(EESI)对5种不同品牌香水中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)进行了快速直接质谱分析。结果表明:电喷雾萃取电离质谱(EESI-MS)法能够定性定量分析香水中DEP,线性范围为20~1 000 μg/L,线性相关系数R2为0.988 9,检出限为0.39 μg/L,定量限为5.47 μg/L,回收率为94.8%~103.4%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~4.1%。该方法具有检出限低、准确度高、分析速度快(单个样品的测定时间小于30 s)、无需复杂的样品预处理等优点,可为香水中邻苯二甲酸酯的快速检测提供方法参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the harm of phthalates material to human body health, it is significant to establish a fast method for phthalic acid ester. Taking advantage of extractive electrospray ionization technology, diethyl phthalate (DEP) in 5 different brand of perfume was directly detected by mass spectrometer. The results show that DEP in perfume can be qualitative and quantitative analyzed by extractive electrospray ionization technology, the linear range is 20—1000 μg/L, correlation coefficient is 0.988 9, the limit of detection is 0.39 μg/L, the limit of quantitation is 5.47 μg/L, the recovery is 94.8%—103.4%, the relative standard deviation (RSDs) is 1.5%—4.1%, respectively. The method has low detection limit, high accuracy, fast analysis speed (about 30 s for single sample), the advantages of no complex sample pretreatment, which can provide reference for rapid detection of phthalic acid ester in perfume.
