电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定甲醇中13种微量元素
Determination of 13 Trace Elements in Methanol by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法 (ICP-MS)分别测定了不同级别试剂甲醇和工业甲醇中 Al、As、Ba、Cd等 1 3种微量元素的含量。将样品在 80℃左右挥发至干 ,用体积分数 2 %稀硝酸提取并定容。测定结果表明 ,该方法简单快速、检出限低。不同级别的甲醇中微量元素的含量并不随甲醇质量级别的降低而增加 ,且不同厂家生产的同一级别的甲醇 ,微量元素含量存在较大差异。对其中的一种工业甲醇进行了加标回收试验 ,微量元素的回收率为 90 %~ 1 1 0 % ,相对标准偏差 <6% ,结果令人满意。Abstract: The method for the determination of thirteen trace elements including Al, As, Ba and Cd in different kinds of methanol for reagent and industrial use by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was presented in this paper. The samples were vaporized to dryness at about 80℃, and the residua were dissolved in φ=2% nitric acid. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and sensitive. The contents of trace elements did not increase with the decline of methanol quality grade, and the contents of trace elements in the same grade methanol produced by different manufactures were significantly diverse. The developed method was applied to the determination of trace elements in a spiked methanol sample for industrial use. The recoveries of the elements detected were 90%—110% with the relative standard deviations of less than 6%.
