气相色谱-质谱法分析油杉枝精油的化学成分

Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil from Twigs of Keteleeria fortunei by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 为了促进松科植物油杉 (Keteleeria fortunei)的合理开发利用 ,本研究利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取油杉枝精油 ,采用气相色谱 -质谱法 (GC/MS)对其化学成分进行分析 ,分离鉴定出 2 0种化学成分 ,主要有 (-) -β-榄香烯 (2 .0 9% )、β-石竹烯 (67.42 % )、艹律 草烯 (1 1 .5 7% )、大根香叶烯 (3 .3 2 % )和石竹烯氧化物 (5 .60 % )。已鉴定化合物占总离子流出峰面积的 96.88%。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the rational application of Keteleeria fortunei, the essential oil from K. fortunei twigs was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results show that 20 constituents have been identified, among which, the principal are (-)-β-elemene (2.09%), β-caryophyllene ( 67.42%), humulene (11.57%), germacrene D (3.32%) and caryophyllene oxide (5.60%). The identified constituents accounted for 96.88% of the total ion peak area.
