聚对苯二甲酸己二酰胺的裂解气相色谱-质谱研究

  • 摘要: 3~ 5 m g样品在近 5 0 0℃条件下进行热裂解。利用热裂解气相色谱 -质谱法 ( Py-GC/MS)详细解析了聚对苯二甲酸己二酰胺的 2 1种裂解产物 ,其中主要是苯腈、对苯二腈、N-烷基苯甲酰胺、N-烯烃基苯甲酰胺、N-烷基 -4-腈基苯甲酰胺、N-烯烃基 -4-腈基苯甲酰胺等。该聚合物的主链含芳环不易分解 ,链断裂主要发生在酰胺键和苯环与酰胺基相连的键上。这为该高分子材料的鉴定提供了一种非常有效的方法

     

    Abstract: Polyamid 6, T was conducted the pyrolysis under the temperature of 500 ℃. Twenty one kinds of the pyrolytical products of the polyamid 6,T were detected by pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (Py GC/MS). The result showed that the pyrolytical products are mainly composed of benzonitrile, 1,4 benzenedicarbonitrile, N alkyl benzamide, N alkenyl benzamide, N alkyl 4 cyano benzamide and N alkenyl 4 cyano benzamide. The bond rupoure occured on the amido bond and the link between phenyl and amido. It provided a useful method for identifying polymer materials.
