稀土离子交换薄膜标样与二次离子相对产率的测量

A Study on Standard of Ion Exchange Membrane of Rare-Earth Element and Determination of Relative Sputter Coefficient of Secondary Ion

  • 摘要: 本文介绍用国产E-105型离子交换薄膜富集稀土元素新方法制成的稀土薄膜标样,以及在LT-1和IMS-300型离子探针上进行了稀土二次离子相对溅射产率的测量,其平均标准偏差不大于20%。

     

    Abstract: The article reports a new method using home type E-105 ion exchangmembrane to concentrate Rare-Earth Element (REE) by which the standardsample of REE is developed. In addition, the relative sputter coefficient ofsecoudary ion of REE has been determined by type LT-1 and IMS-300 ionmicroprobe mass analyzer. The average standard deviation is less than 20%.
