3-取代芳基-2-吲哚基膦酸酯的质谱研究

  • 摘要: 本文报道3-取代芳基-2-吲哚基膦酸酯的质谱研究。发现3-取代芳基-2-吲哚基膦酸酯的膦酰基中的烷基在碎裂过程中也产生γ-烷基重排反应,同时讨论了这类化合物的质谱碎裂行为。用电子轰击碰撞活化质量分析离子动能谱(EI-CA-MIKES)和高分辨精确质量测量技术(AMMT)作了进一步的研究

     

    Abstract: A Study on Mass Spectrometry of 3-Substitutedaryl-Indolyl-2-PhosphonatesJiao Xianyun; Cai Mengshen (School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Beijing Medical University, Beijing 100083)Peng Jiarou; Zhang Haiyin (Spectral Analysis Laboratory , Analysis and Computation Center,Beijing Medical University, Beijing 100083)Abstract:A study on mass spectrometry of 3 - substitutedaryl - indolyl - 2- phosphonates is reported. An γ - alkyl rearrangement of an alkyl group in phosphonate is also found during electron impacting. The fragmentation characteristic of the compounds (BI ) is studied by using electron impact (EI), electron impact - collision activity - mass analysed ion kinetic energy spectrometry (EI - CA - MIKES) and accurate mass measurment techniques(AMMT).
