微波-萃取木香挥发性化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

Analysis of Volatile Constituents in Aucklandia Lappa Decne by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry With Microwave Radiation-Extraction

  • 摘要: 采用微波照射 -萃取法提取木香挥发性物质 ,测得木香挥发油的含量为 4.5 % ,利用气相色谱 -质谱( GC/ MS)法分离确认出 48种化学成分 ,占总挥发油的 93 .3 %以上。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。方法稳定可靠 ,重现性好 ,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。

     

    Abstract: Microwave radiation extraction was used for extracting the volatile oil in the Aucklandia lappa decne. The average oil yield obtained from the Aucklandia lappa decne was 4.5%. 52 compounds were identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The compounds account for 93.3% of the total volatile oil. Then the contents of the compounds of the volatile oil were determined using the square peak to normalization. A reliable method with good stability and repeatability was proposed, which can be applied to separate and determine the constituents of volatile oil extracted from Chinese traditional medicines.
