赛洛新的气相色谱-质谱分析研究

Analysis of Psilocine by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱 -质谱 ( GC/ MS)探讨了赛洛新 ( Psilocine)的分子组成和结构。赛洛新存在于蘑菇类植物中 ,属于一种致幻剂。采用直接粉碎植物 ,甲醇超声萃取 ,丙酮净化除去杂质 ,直接进样和微波衍生化处理测定。结果表明 :赛洛新直接测定的子离子为 m/ z5 8(基峰 )、m/ z2 0 4(分子离子峰 ) ;醋酸酐衍生物子离子为m/ z 5 8(基峰 )、m/ z 2 46(分子离子峰 ) ;BSTFA衍生物子离子为 m/ z 5 8(基峰 )、m/ z 73、m/ z 2 90、m/ z 3 48(分子离子峰 )

     

    Abstract: The constitute and geometric structure of psilocine was explored by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Pliocen is a kind of psychedelic, existing in hallucinogenic mushroom plants. The plants sample was smashed directly with ultrasonic extraction by methyl alcohol, the impurity decontamination was removed by acetone, then introduced directly and treated with microwave derivation for determination. The result showed fragment ion of psilocine was m/z 58(base peak ion), m/z 204(molecular ion). Fragment ion of acetic acid anhydride derivatives was m/z 58(base peak ion), m/z 246 (molecular ion). Fragment ion of BSTFA derivatives was m/z 58 (base peak ion), m/z 73, m/z 290 and m/z 348(molecular ion).
