用大气压电喷雾电离质谱对二硝化纤维素(PYX)的研究

Study on PYX by Atmospheric Pressur Ionization-Electrospray Ionization-Mass Spectrometry(API-ESI-MS)

  • 摘要: 用柱塞泵进样、大气压电喷雾电离方法对得不到分子离子的耐热炸药二硝化纤维素 (PYX)作了负离子质谱分析。通过改变毛细管出口 Cap Ex电压产生碰撞诱导裂解 (Collision-induced dissociation,CID) ,得到较多的化合物结构碎片离子。与电子轰击电离 (EI)源质谱图作了对比 ,确认了 8个特征碎片离子 ,得到比较满意的结果

     

    Abstract: The negative mass spectrom of the heat-resistant 3,5-dinitro-bis-(trinitrophenylamino)pyridine, pyroxyline (PYX) is obtained by API-ESI-MS coupled syringe pump injection. Through adjusting the CapEx voltage to produce CID, we can abtain more fragment ion of the PYX. Compared the EI MS spectra with API-ESI-MS spectra of PYX, the eight kinds of the charactoristic fragments are confirmed. The results are satisfactory.
