Abstract: TiN, Al 2O 3 and 26Al 7+ are selected as target material, carrier and detected ion, respectively. 26Al of the product in low energy fusion reaction ( 16O( 14N,α) 26Al) and the reference saples are measured by Accelerator Mass Spectrometer (AMS). The study result shows that the measurement method is accurate and confident.
